Both formal survey data and informal feedback captured from faculty and staff strongly indicated that the existing knowledge base and support resources were inadequate to meet the needs of end-users like you.
“We got to work to enhance the support resources and knowledge base available to faculty and staff,” Jim Hertel, chief human resources officer. “This resulted in a Help and ticketing tool housed in Workday that I’m excited to introduce.”
Starting Wednesday, 5月1日, when you log in to Workday you will have three options to get the support you need when you have human resources, 工资, or finance questions.
New support options in Workday:
Ask the Workday Assistant chatbot located in the bottom right of your Workday screen: Use keywords like “request vacation,” and “enter my time.”
探索 the Help Center (listed as “Help” in your Workday menu): How-to articles are available by topic.
Open a case (ticket): Use this if you haven’t found what you need or prefer to send a question to the HR or Business Office team. A team member will review your submission by the end of the next business day. A visual guide is available for reference. Through the new Help options in Workday, your support is secure and in one place.
This system replaces:
- The previous WorkdayHelp HR and Business Office ticket system, which was interim until the team found a long-term solution,
- Individual email requests to organizational inboxes such as humanresources@getrealcuba.com, 工资@getrealcuba.com, accountspayable@getrealcuba.com, and cardadmin@getrealcuba.com.
- How-to articles on Teamdynamix and the 赌博娱乐平台网址大全.edu website.
The rollout of these support options is part of an ongoing, post-go-live effort to continue to improve the faculty and staff experience with Workday HCM and 金融.
